Remote Employee’s Midyear Event blends fun, recognition, and community
Remote Employee BPO, one of the fastest growing business process outsourcing companies in Pampanga, successfully hosted its highly anticipated Arena Level Up Midyear Party at the Lakeshore Tent, Mexico, delivering an unforgettable celebration that elevated the excitement from previous years.
Held during the US’ 4th of July holiday, the event brought together employees and partners — both longstanding and new — for a night of fun, recognition, and community.
“We were thrilled to see everyone come together to celebrate not only the hard work of our team but also the strong partnerships that fuel our growth,” said Ruffy Galang, CEO of Remote Employee. “The Arena Level Up party was a perfect way to recharge, connect, and highlight the incredible talents within our company.”
The event featured a dynamic lineup of activities, including an Arena Spotlight Talent Show, showcasing the diverse and impressive talents of Remote Employee’s staff beyond their professional roles, and their internal Tekken 8 Tournament Finals, where the final four combatants battled it out to declare who’s the best within the company in the award-winning fighting game.
Employees also had the chance to win exciting tech prizes such as a gaming PC, laptop, iPad, PlayStation 5, and more, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The timing of the event coincided with the 4th of July holiday, providing many employees a well-deserved break and a chance to celebrate together.
The Arena Level Up Midyear Party underscored Remote Employee’s commitment to fostering a vibrant and inclusive company culture — one that values fun, talent, and strong partnerships. It was a celebration of achievements so far this year and a boost of energy for the months ahead.
