Calling all vivo users: Get exclusive engraving perks this weekend
MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Existing vivo users have a new reason to visit the vivo SM Mall of Asia Exclusive Store this weekend as vivo Philippines launches “My vivo, My Mark,” a two-day event featuring exclusive engraving perks, including a Php 99 limited-edition tumbler for eligible vivo users and complimentary laser engraving for customers who purchase a vivo Y31d smartphone or vivo TWS earphones.
The event, held in partnership with Markd and powered by xTool laser customization technology, runs from August 8 to 9, 2026.
The activation marks the first in-store collaboration between vivo and Markd in the Philippines, bringing laser personalization into a vivo concept store. It aims to give customers a more personalized in-store experience while introducing a new way to customize select vivo products and exclusive merchandise.
Customers who purchase vivo Y31d or vivo TWS earphones during the promo period will receive one complimentary on-site laser engraving session. They may personalize either the earphone charging case or the vivo Y31d back panel with up to five English letters or numbers, with each engraving completed in approximately three to five minutes.
Meanwhile, existing vivo users who visit the store with any vivo smartphone may purchase a limited-edition vivo-branded aluminum tumbler for Php 99 after completing an on-site registration. Participants must present any vivo smartphone and provide their device’s IMEI number, one valid government-issued ID, and a mobile number. Each eligible customer may purchase one tumbler while supplies last.
“We’re always looking for ways to make the in-store experience more meaningful for our customers,” said Liu Lu, Brand Marketing Director of vivo Philippines. “Through My vivo, My Mark, we’re introducing a simple but personal touch that lets customers leave the store with something uniquely their own while celebrating their connection with the vivo brand.”
Dedicated registration and customization stations will be set up inside the vivo Concept Store at SM Mall of Asia to streamline customer flow, with laser engraving performed on-site by Markd technicians using xTool equipment.
