Award-winning fashion designer Marlon Tuazon marks 25th year with Nepo Center

Angeles City – JDN Realty Group, developer of Nepo Center is delighted to announce the renewal of partnership with award-winning fashion designer Marlon C. Tuazon on Feb. 16, 2024, securing his tenancy for another 25 years. This monumental agreement solidifies a longstanding relationship built on mutual trust and commitment to excellence. JDN takes pride in witnessing the growth and success of the brand over the years with Nepo Center being the home of Tuazon’s couture shop.

Marlon Tuazon is an award-winning fashion designer who’s in a long term business relationship with JDN. 2024 holds exciting times ahead as he is planning a fashion show this summer which will be sponsored by JDN and Rockwell at Nepo Center.

“Hindi na tenant ang tawag diyan, matagal na masyado so partner na ‘yan. We expect this partnership to continue indefinitely. We should expect that is the first of the many activities to come to recognize our long-time partners..” said Rick N. Wilkerson, president and CEO of JDN Realty Group. “This partnership is not also just about the tenancy and the leasing relationship. It’s about collaboration. So earlier, we were talking about collaborating together on different events for the Nepo Center during the year and we expect that our partners like Marlon will take an active role in those activities and events.” he added as he hinted about future events at Nepo Center.

When asked about why he chose to stay with Nepo for the last 25 years, “I love the Nepomucenos, they’re like my family. Nepo is my second home” said Marlon Tuazon.

“Staying at Nepo for 25 years, you know it’s a dream for me kasi I studied at Holy Family tapos dumadaan kami every day so I get to see Nepo so sabi ko, “Dito ako magkaka-shop.” And paggising ko the other day, [naisip ko], “25 years na pala ako dito.” So it’s a dream” he said.

For his part, Rocky Torres, Commercial Spaces Manager shared the secret to a lasting partnership “We take care of our tenants, and we see them as part of the family”.

“Second generation na lang si Marlon dito kasi own tenant namin is ‘yung mommy niya, si Adelaida, I think nag-start siya ‘nung 1972. So with this partnership of more than 25 years, it’s because we have a good relationship with our tenants” he further explained.
