vivo launches Php 149k flagship, here’s why it’s worth it
MANILA, PHILIPPINES – What would it take for a smartphone to replace a full camera kit? vivo is pushing that question to the forefront with the launch of the vivo X300 Ultra in the Philippines.
vivo introduces the vivo X300 Ultra Photographer Kit priced at Php 149,999, available for pre-order until June 5 via vivo stores nationwide and the vivo e-store. It is vivo’s most advanced imaging flagship to date, built for professional-level photography and filmmaking workflows.
The kit transforms the smartphone into a production-ready rig with 200mm and 400mm telephoto extenders, a professional grip, tripod collar ring, lens adapters, and supporting accessories designed for serious field shooting and cinematic workflows.
“The vivo X300 Ultra is a complete imaging system built for professional photography and filmmaking. With its Triple ZEISS Master Lenses, dual 200MP capability, and cinema-grade video tools across all focal lengths, it delivers the output of a full camera kit in a single device,” shared vivo Philippines Brand Marketing Director Liu Lu.
The X300 Ultra device itself is available for Php 109,999. For creators seeking even greater reach and precision, the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Gen 2 Kit is also available separately for Php 13,999, enabling 200mm-equivalent long-range imaging.
Pre-order customers will receive exclusive offers including the vivo X Series VIP Exclusive Card with event invitations and lifestyle perks, a free limited edition vivo Watch GT 2 worth Php 7,999, and an exclusive vivo photography bag for e-store purchases. Through Home Credit Philippines, the device is available with flexible terms as low as Php 76 per day at 0% interest.
A flagship with camera-inspired lenses
The vivo X300 Ultra centers its imaging system on an industry-exclusive Triple ZEISS Master Lenses setup built around three focal lengths:
- 14mm ZEISS Ultra Wide-Angle Camera
- 35mm ZEISS Documentary Camera
- 85mm ZEISS Gimbal-Grade APO Telephoto Camera
Instead of relying on a single “do-it-all” lens, the system is designed like a set of dedicated primes, with large sensors and optical image stabilization across all focal lengths for consistent output.
ZEISS telephoto extenders further expand reach up to 200mm and 400mm, enabling long-range shooting without external camera systems.
The device supports Multi-Focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log Video and Dolby Vision recording across all rear cameras. This allows consistent color depth and dynamic range across focal lengths, supporting post-production workflows and multi-angle content creation.
Performance for uninterrupted creation
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the Pro Imaging Chip VS1+, the device is built for intensive imaging and video workloads.
A vapor chamber cooling system supports sustained performance, while a 6600mAh BlueVolt Battery with 100W FlashCharge and 40W Wireless FlashCharge enables long shooting sessions. It also includes bypass charging with thermal control for extended use.
The 2K ZEISS Master Color Display reaches up to 4500-nit peak brightness with vivo Refined Color calibration, designed for accurate previewing even under strong outdoor light.
The device comes in Steppe Green with an 8.49mm profile, reinforced by Armor Glass and IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
It runs on OriginOS 6 with five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.
The vivo X300 Ultra is now available for pre-order until June 5 via vivo stores nationwide and the vivo e-store. It is a unified imaging system designed to reduce reliance on separate camera equipment, offering professional photography and filmmaking capabilities in a single device.
