Members of an academic institution in Sta. Ana, Pampanga has expressed their support to the “Hope in Every Strand: Uplifting Cancer Patients through Hair Donations” Project.

This is an initiative aimed at boosting the morale and self-esteem of cancer patients by providing wigs for those undergoing treatment and experiencing hair loss.
Two faculty members and a student from the School of Hospitality Management of Holy Cross College (HCC) sent hair donations via LBC to Hair for Hope: Heads by Volu-med Salon in Manila on Sunday, September 15, HCC shared on Facebook.

The generous contributions came from faculty members Ms. Angelica Sunga, Ms. Rechelle Mae Sibayan, and student Ms. Gillian May Pasion.
“Cutting my hair short after two years was difficult, but I chose to donate because I know it will make a difference. Helping others is one of my core values, and it’s my personal mission to live out the essence of ‘caritas’ whenever I can,” teacher Angelica Sunga said.
According to HCC, this heartfelt initiative reflects the school’s commitment to making a positive impact and supporting those in need.
