Ginoo Ning Kapampangan 2025 officially kicks off with sashing ceremony and press conference at SM Pampanga
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The 22 official candidates of Ginoo Ning Kapampangan 2025 were formally introduced to the public during the Sashing Ceremony and Press Conference held at The Event Center, SM Pampanga, on October 25, 2025.
Ginoo Ning Kapampangan, the official male pageant of Pampanga, launches its inaugural edition this year, celebrating the timeless values of Ganaka (wisdom), Nuan (blessedness and integrity), and Kabyasnan (excellence).
In his message, Mr. Rop Syquia, Executive Committee Head of Ginoo Ning Kapampangan 2025, emphasized that the pageant is “a celebration of culture, confidence, and character,” which are the essence of being a “true, dignified Ginoo ning Kapampangan.”
The sashing ceremony marked the official introduction of the candidates as representatives of their respective municipalities. Each gentleman received his official sash marked with their local church, symbolizing the pride and virtues he carries into the competition.
As reminded by Mr. Syquia, “every candidate carries a story, a community, and a dream,” underscoring the pageant’s mission to honor the heart and heritage of Pampanga through its gentlemen.
This was followed by a press conference, where members of the media and vloggers engaged with the candidates to learn more about their advocacies, aspirations, and the character behind each sash.
The event was attended by tourism officers, media representatives, vloggers, handlers, and loved ones, all gathered to show their support for the candidates and the vision of the pageant. 2nd District Board Member Eusoof Sajid Khan also delivered brief remarks, expressing his support for the initiative.
The sashing ceremony and press conference mark an important milestone in this year’s pageant calendar, as the 22 candidates prepare for a series of pre-pageant events leading up to the Grand Coronation Night, where the first-ever Ginoo Ning Kapampangan will be crowned. #
