Every province has a voice. Ours has been speaking since 2007.

It is the voice that stays in the newsroom while the evening deepens, weighing the day until the truth of it can be told without spin or fear. It is the voice that carries a hard question to the people who owe an answer, and gives the farmer, the teacher, the barangay captain and the mayor the same seat at the table. On CLTV36, the news arrives with the weight it deserves, from the Senate floor to the barangay hall, from the price at the pump to the floodwaters climbing the streets of our towns and cities. We don’t shout, and we don’t flatter. We tell it true.

But a community is more than its headlines. It is a birthday song dedicated to somebody’s lola. It is the road advisory that gets you home safe, and the music that keeps you company on the way home. That is RW 95.1 FM, the voice of a neighbor rather than a stranger, close enough to feel like company.

And when Central Luzon celebrates, we are there to witness it: a festival setting the night sky alight, church bells marking a parish’s place in history, a daughter of Pampanga stepping onto the stage with a whole province behind her.
