Shore360 recognised for Recruitment Innovation at the People Insight Awards 2026
Philippines — August 13, 2026 — Shore360 Inc. has been recognised with the Best Recruitment Innovation award at the People Insight Awards 2026, presented by TalentView, for its innovative approach to recruitment through its Talent Acquisition arm, Jobs360.
The recognition highlights Shore360’s continued investment in combining AI, technology, automation, data, and human expertise to strengthen recruitment operations and build more capable, efficient talent acquisition teams.
The People Insight Awards, presented by TalentView, recognise organisations and leaders demonstrating innovative approaches across recruitment, employee engagement, workforce development, employer branding, and workplace transformation. The 2026 awards featured categories including Best Recruitment Innovation, Best Data-Powered Transformation, Best Employee Engagement Program, Best Workforce Development, and Culture Leader of the Year.
Shore360 was recognised alongside organisations including Sun Life Grepa Financial, AboitizPower, JTI Philippines, PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, SM Hotels and Conventions Corp., Federal Land, SM Prime Holdings, and Manila Water, reflecting the growing role of innovation, technology, data, and people strategies in addressing changing workforce needs.
The award recognised Shore360’s recruitment innovation through Jobs360, its Talent Acquisition arm, which has developed and implemented an AI-enabled recruitment ecosystem across key stages of the hiring lifecycle.
At the centre of the initiative are Jobs360 AI+, an AI-assisted screening and shortlisting capability, and Salary GenAI+, a compensation benchmarking tool designed to support more informed hiring decisions.
These capabilities are supported by the AI+ All-in-One Dashboard, which brings together requisition tracking, recruiter KPIs, hot talent submissions, and sourcing analytics in a centralised view. Together, these tools provide recruitment teams with greater visibility across their operations while helping recruiters make faster, more informed decisions.
The winning entry demonstrated measurable results from the initiative, including a 4X increase in recruiter productivity, 30% growth in open house attendance, and a 60% OJT-to-full-time absorption rate.
These results reflect Shore360’s approach to applying AI within real recruitment operations rather than treating the technology as an experimental or standalone solution. Through Jobs360, AI is used to support recruiters with data, automation, and insights while allowing them to focus more on candidate relationships, decision-making, and client strategy.
The recognition also reflects Shore360’s broader approach to workforce transformation. Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for people, Shore360 focuses on combining skilled professionals with technology to strengthen capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support better business outcomes.
For Shore360, the People Insight Awards recognition represents a milestone in its continued efforts to innovate across its talent and workforce operations. Through Jobs360, the company is further developing its AI+ ecosystem with initiatives such as predictive recruitment forecasting and an expanding internal AI knowledge base, providing recruiters with additional data-driven insights and practical tools.
The Best Recruitment Innovation award reinforces Shore360’s commitment to applying technology in ways that empower people and improve how recruitment is delivered — demonstrating how AI, data, automation, and human expertise can work together to create stronger outcomes for clients, recruiters, and candidates.
