Grand Christmas raffle draw for Xevera homebuyers slated on Dec.22
ONE lucky winner will bring home a brand new Geely Coolray SUV crossover during the grand Christmas raffle slated on December 22 by property developer Westchester Corporation.
The event will culminate the ongoing promotional program for homebuyers of Westchester Corporation’s township projects in Pampanga namely, Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor and Sameera in Angeles City.
The raffle bonanza in the three development projects which started last September have already given away hundreds of thousands worth of appliance and home showcase including tens of thousands worth of cash prizes and grocery items.
Each buyer is entitled to a raffle coupon for the grand draw and were given the chance to win outright in Xevera’s “Spin and Win Promo”.
The said promo coincides with the development company’s ALL-in down payment promotional offering of P20,000 for qualified homebuyers.
Deadline for homebuyers to avail of the low down payment and qualify for the grand raffle draw is on December 20. All sales consummated on or before the set deadline will automatically become eligible to participate in the Spin and Win and a chance to grab the major raffle prize.
Last month, the Paskuhan sa Xevera was formally opened in Mabalacat for its residents and the general public. Live bands, Christmas bazaar, fireworks display and lightening up the giant Christmas tree brought cheers to hudreds of people who came to visit and participate in the event.
“Westchester Realty Corporation would like to make this Christmas Season to be merrier for our residents amidst the pandemic,” said WRC Chairman Rodolfo G. Valencia in a statement.
He said it’s been more than 20 months since COVID19 exist and we do not want our residents to just stay home especially during the Yuletide Season. “They have to go out and enjoy the new attractions we have prepared for them. But be cautious to observe the minimum health protocols.”
