HERE COMES THE SUN: Beatles acoustic night brings music and community together in Angeles City
ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA — Music, community, and a little bit of sunshine come together this Saturday, September 26, as Here Comes The Sun, an intimate acoustic night inspired by the music of The Beatles, takes the stage at Ikigai Creative Studio, Sandra Mall, Angeles City.
Set for 5 PM, the event brings together three local artists for an acoustic celebration of Beatles classics — offering audiences an evening of music, connection, and community spirit.
But Here Comes The Sun is more than a night of music.
The event is also a fundraising initiative supporting an Aeta community in Sitio Pidpid, Porac, Pampanga. Tickets are priced at ₱200, with ₱100 from every ticket sold going toward providing hot meals to Aeta families in the community.
Guests are also encouraged to bring additional donations such as food and clothing, extending the spirit of giving beyond the ticket proceeds.
The event is made possible through the generosity of its sponsors and partners, including Sulu Electric as major sponsor, along with Bale Samosa and Los Komunidad.
Serving as the event’s official media partners are RBC Media Group, CLTV36, RW 95.1 FM, Pampanga Concert+Gigs, and Stoof Tapes, helping amplify the event and its community initiative across Central Luzon.
The title Here Comes The Sun, taken from the beloved Beatles song, carries an added meaning for the organizers following a season marked by heavy rains and flooding across parts of the region.
The event hopes to offer not only an evening of music but also a reminder that communities can come together, share what they have, and bring a little warmth to others.
