  4. The 60 points inspection should be performed on Public Transportation and commercial tranportation instead on private vehicles owner. The leading accident if they performed studies leading from public and commercial transportation if the want road safety to increase. Also to privately owned drivers to slow down follow road laws stop counter flowing, speeding and following too close. Increase the penalty and enforce strict penalty for those violates the road laws with no exception poor or rich they must be dealt with. Why they don’t follow the laws in the Philippines when driving but in other countries they adhere to their laws. Why? Asked yourself answer they enforce strict laws when it comes to driving. Driving is not a right or priviledge. We are given the approval by the government to drive when we passed the test and signed that we will obey all road rule of law. Also, the tire law replace tire if pass the year should not be the bases to change a tire. If the thread of the tires has reach the minimum thread life it must be change. No sense if the thread life is still a lot of life to change it put more cost to the private owner. So what do you do with tires still have a maximum thread life but pass the year. I never come across tires having a shelf life or expiration since rubber don’t expire but the thread do wear after been driving so many miles that is what should be based on not years. Be smart not stupid.

  5. If motor will bring back thier stock parts why can cars can customize their vehicles and motorcycle can’t..if cars cant bring back thier stock oarts why not motorcycle…..
